Other than the trans, not a thing. The trans was a strange one. My wife took the car to the grocery store, parked it, realized she had pulled into a restricted space and tried to back out. The car went into reverse but acted as if in neutral. No matter what I tried, reverse wouldn't kick in. I pushed it out of the space and all forward gears worked flawlessly - just no reverse. Took it BMW and they said it needed a new (rebuilt) trans. Fortunately, it was still covered under CPO, so it cost me $50. Apparently, this is not all that rare of a problem. I found out that there's some part deep in the bowels of the trans that fails - requiring a complete teardown of the trans. So, I got a new one.
