Guys, am buying new shocks. However, i don't know which ones to buy. I heard Koni are the best. But also heard Bilsteins are good also. Is it worth it paying more to get Koni's or should i just get Bilsteins. Or is there another good shock out there?

Also, where can i get these shocks cheap?

The Bilsteins Tend To Be A Bit Stiffer Than The Koni. Ive Got Bilsteins And Like Them But Ive Heard Great Things About Koni As Well

I have never owned Konis, but a friend has them and loves them. However, they are made for peak performance and you pay that price. Most (All?) Konis are adjustable so you pay for that feature as well.

Bilsteins are great, I just put four on my Suburban for towing - what a difference! It seems as though the price is regulated by Bilstein - I only found a $5 difference or so between ALL the web sites that sell Bilstein. Auto Zone sells them also. You pay tax, but no shipping.

I have used both and what has been said is true. Konis will run a bit more for the same shock. Both are excellent and you cannot go wrong with either. I have Koni adjustables on the roadster at this time, but they came with the Dinan suspension package.
