Airbag light

My airbag light came on after i reassembled my steering wheel. I rechecked all the connections and nothing is wrong. Any ideas?

if you unplugged the airbag connectors, then you might have to go to the dealer and have them reset the light.

FlyinH is right ... you have to go to a BMW service and erase the error from DME/computer ... should expect a cost of $10-12

Not here maybe in Romania here they will charge at the very least 50 dollar up to 100 [driving2]

Well , too bad it's not an OBDII ... with $100 you can buy a OBDII scanner from Pep Boys and erase any error.
