Auto to Manual conversion?

Does anyone that has done an automatic to 5spd manual conversion in an E36 M3 have a parts list ? I would like to do this and need a shopping list. I know the obvious stuff but it's always the little things that hold up the project when you don't have them. Thanks.

The cheapest way to go is to sell the auto and buy a 5 spd car. Actually, the auto may be quite desireable to some folks.

I only paid $5000 for the car. It has perfect dealer maintenance records. The only thing wrong with it is a worn drivers seat and door panel. I can get a ZF 5 spd for about $600 and sell the automatic for about the same. It is going to be a BMWCCA I-stock car. I am sure I can convert the car for well under $2000 without having to spend $10,000 for another car in the same condition as mine.

There is a guy on ebay who is selling a complete '95 M3 interior cheap...just drive the car...it's too nice to be converted to a race car. Stripped racers are a dime a dozen.
