Just got the parts I ordered from Bavarian Autosport. Only took two days for items to arrive and customer service was great.

I have ordered from the multiple times and I have to say they are the best company I have ever delt with in my entire life.

Every time I called I got a white male who spoke clearly and was very very helpful and friendly. I'm not being rascist, but I'm sure you've all called up companies and gotten a person who can barely speak english, let alone help you with what you need.

All their orders have always arrived VERY quickly and they have never messed up anything, I love them soooo much!!! No matter what I buy for my car I almost always go thru them even though is it more expensive because you do get what you pay for.

i agree with customer service on bavauto. but unfortunately i did have 1 bad experience with them. i purchased my rear diffuser from them once and waited for 2 weeks. got nothing. i then called and was told that my part was back ordered. this was after the representative that i made the purchase with said it would take a week max... still great co. though, and great products.

I think any race can talk clearly - not sure "White" is the best word, I know you dont mean anything by it, maybe just "nice clear speaking reps".

i think we should not over react now. as flashinthepan already said, pink_floyd did not mean anything but maybe the way he expressed it makes one think so.
I have made the experience too, that I have a hard time sometimes to understand people and those are mostly non whites. we have a lot of mexican heritage here in houston so. the reason is fairly simple. it is not their fault as their english and the way they speak is just for me so hard to understand as I am not english or american. Everybody else seems to have no problem. in school we learned the clear english stuff without the daily idioms or "en vogue" words. now when i meet an accent or soem one that just talks as he always does the pronounciations are not that clear and stuff. than i just don't understand them. worst are these ol texan cowboys btw. hell of a time to get them in my brain [hihi]

And indeed it is mostly the white folks that speek an english as i learned it.

that's the same in my country. we have alot of turkish people and italians. i understand them although especially the young people have a very own lingo. now if a non german but german speaking person starts talikng to them he might not understand too much.

Pink_Floyd, I understood your remark. However one can get the feeling that one says a remark just as an excuse for the next following words and doesn't really mean it.

You see? We know what you meant but next time a little more explanation might help, too. This board indeed has lots of diversity and that sometimes can make it pretty difficult, right?
