First and foremost racism is not toleratred here. You yourself mention that you can detect the "hints" he is dropping. In other words you interrupt his comments as racism. I would not be willing to ban someone for hinting. I believe that he did not use the best choice of words, and that what he was trying to say is that language can be a barrier, however I do not believe he made an overt racist statement. I will caution him to be more careful in his choice of words in the future and with regards to the "user agreement" we could even give him a warning, however banning him outright at this point I believe would be an overaction.

All i wanted to do was to caution the brotha about stuff he says. And this is where's it's gotten us. Not just that guys, look at the message he sent me. Sorry I was not aware of this thread until now. Even a hint of racism on this board will NOT be tolerated. Lets hope that this was a simple miscommunication between all parties, should this happen again, I will have no problem removing members.
