I prefer the NGK brand (use them for 30+ years in my Honda bikes). Stay away from Platinums, people have reported issues and poor performance in older BMW sixes. NGK part number for copper electrode BMW 325/328 is BKR6EK.

Did you read this thread?

The Super 4 is basically the same spark plug as the Platinum +4, minus the platinum plating. The potential issue of electrodes breaking off will be exactly the same as the Platinum +4.

The Super 4's are what came stock in my roadster and I have had no problems. I do not know for sure but have been told that the electrode problem is related to the Platinum process. I asked BMW, a local German car repair shop and Bosch about replaing the Super 4's in the roadster and all of them recommended I stay with the Super 4's, however they did tell me to avoid the platinums. For what it's worth!
