you wont see much with just that. With the exhaust you are gonna loose torque, but gain power in the top end. The intake in these cars is adequate without major mods, but you will get a nice growl out of what you did, and again will help your hp in the upper RPMs. If you are looking to get a chip, get one from a reputible programer, someone who knows the car's systems. Have them negate your O2 sensors, then GUT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS and if it is an auto, have them tighten up your shifts too. They will also do the typical chip stuff like messing with the A/F ratio, timing, etc., but just dont but one of those pre-programed, off-the-shelf chips, you will regret it. With all of that combined you are probably looking at a good 12-15 hp increase to the ground, depending on what you have for a tranny. Over all, you could probably get a good 18-20 increase in bhp (brake horsepower, taken at the crank, before the tranny).
And not having the baffle is a good thing, without it you get more power. The baffles are just there to keep the original probably snooty owners and their snooty neighbors happy, with a quiet exhaust.
