anyone know the difficulty involved in putting on new brake pads? i need to get them replaced before too long and i wanna try to do it myself.

to prevent the squeeking that is so often with new pads, get some of that anti-squeek...you know what i mean.

and while you are alredy working on them, get some brake cleaner and clean all parts you can't reach normally. furthermore you could grease the hub of the wheel for upcoming winter with some lubricant grease. not that cheap stuff that flows away but the thick paste that just stays where you put it..
