How do I remove the panels to change the door speaker and the rear speakers?

i've been wanting to know how to do this too. the triangular tweater on my front passenger side door has been a bit buzzy on certain radio channels. wonder if it needs to be swapped.

If you Google up how to fix BMW window issues, you'll see many DIY photos on how to remove the door panels. Basically, you carefully pry off the panel, and there are plastic clips (which can break, and are about $1 each to replace) that hold on the door panels. Then, when finished, snap the door panel back on.

I believe the rears are removed from the trunk.
