Check engine light

Hi all,
Recently been getting a check engine light which is Ob & OC. OC is throttle position sensor which I checked and is OK. The Ob is called EVAP system pressure sensor. The Bentley book shows it on the fuel expansion tank. Is there an easy way to locate this and do these sensors fail often?
I hate to take the whole car apart just to find out the fuel cap is bad....
The car is a '96 328i with 115K miles. Recently installed new plugs and four new oxygen sensors.

get a computer on it and let it dump the error code. if you lived in atlanta i would recommend a shop just shy of downtown that would help you out

actually it's off Howell Mill rd off I75. The shop on Atlanta rd are a bunch of crooks and not real businessmen. If you a coming from the south, go up to Howell Mill rd and make a left. go down about 2 miles and it will be on your left. It's called Bavarian Imports. Their number is 404-351-2002
