1995 325 is, 97000 miles. My problem is low rpm misfire. When I observed my coils in total darkness I saw some faint light flashes under the coils. Every cylinder was the same. The plug connecters look good with no visual defects or deposits on the spark plug end. The coils all ohmed within range. No oil leakage around plugs. Is it possible all my plug wires are shot? Should I be able to see any flashing at all? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there have you checked your switching voltage also your input voltage it might be worth checking your camshaft sensor and your cranksensor all the above can cause a light missfire on idle as no load on engine hope this help :)

Thanks for the reply. I will check those items as well. Is the arking I'm seeing under my coils normal? Its a very dim flash and you have to look closely to see it and most of the cylinders do it. Thanks again for your help.
