computer harness plug?

It should be an OBD1 plug, directly underneith the steeting wheel somewhere. If you dont have an OBD1 adaptor, hit ebay or somethin to buy one, could either get a handheld computer thing to read fault codes, or get a USB or serial adaptor to plug into a laptop. I have one for my laptop as OBD2, I love it, gives me some controll over the ECU.

i have a friend with a laptop with the right software but i guess my car is obdI and his harness is obdII.....i never could find the plug.....byt is there an adapter or anything to convert?

1995 should be OBDI. It's not under the steering wheel, it's under the hood. Look on the left side near the firewall. It looks ALOT like a round filler cap for power steering or brake fluid.

Oh, OBD1 is under the hood? Sorry, my bad, I thought it was in the exact same location as OBD2's are. I've never worked on an OBD1 before, thats why I didn't know.
