dashbard light on fro inspeaction and ABS

HI,

Friends i have in my car dashoard two light one
first ASB LIGHT ON HOW TO MAKE OFF
SECOND WHEN LIGHT FOR INSPECTION IS ON WHAT DOES THAT MEAN AND HOW TO MAKE OFF

Don't need a tool just a wire, turn the key to position 2 (engine not started) short pins 7 & 19 in the diagnostic cable for 10 to 15 seconds and the inspection/service lights should reset. The lights came on though cos u need an inspection/service. The abs light is on either cos ur abs is fcuked or the abs sensor, need new sensor if latter, shouldn cost much
