Hello All. My first timeposting on this board and hope you guys can shed some light. Woke up to a dead battery today in my 1999 540i. Husbadn left the lights on all night. Had the battery replaced today and all seems well except the time has to be re-set. No bigee. But also, the displays that you can click through from that tell you how much gas you have left speed, date etc. is all gone too. I mean its there but it isnt reading the data as it should . Although, I did see that it read how much gas I had left and seemed accurate. Can I easily fix the other areas by using my users manual or did something go batty electrically ?
