I had a Ream Us (Remus) on my 91 318is and it rusted through within a year. They would not stand behind their product and basically told me tough! I suppose they have made a few changes since then, but I will not buy their product. I would not blame you if you did though, they do sound good!

No it was not purchased directly from Remus, it was an authorized dealer, but it was so many years ago I cannot remember who it was.

Dan is right on about remus and rust. If you want a remus muffler for cheap do a search for Sebring. Sebring owns remus and makes their exhausts. Get a magnaflow custom exhaust made up, it'll sound good last longer and is much cheaper. Plus most independent muffler shops guarantee their work..

yes, go with a magnaflow custom exhaust. It'll be $250 installed, sound just as good, look just as good (if they do it right) and will last longer.
