E36 M3 Ride Height

Should the front driver's side be a little bit higher than the passenger side front height? I would think that it would be to compensate for the weight of the driver. The difference is like a .25 of an inch, just wondering if this is normal?

In my roadster both seats are the same height.

Yeah,
Supposedly it's designed to perform best when there is just the driver in the car, and the suspension was tuned as such. So it would make sense that it was designed to have a slight height difference at rest. Haven't quite noticed it on mine though.
