just purchased a 1995 325is, great car. My check engine light is on and i did the flash code diagnostic. Turned out to be the EGO Sensor #1. Where exactly is the sensor on the car and how do i get to it. Also how much do they go for.

I just replaced mine on my 92 325i...Wasn't hard at all! On mine it was located before the catalyctic converters. I got a Bosch factory replacement for around $62.00 with the connector. On the receipt I got, it said list was $249.99..I was supposed to get an off brand for $62.00 and I think they made a mistake, so I just went with it! MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ONE WITH THE CONNECTOR! I priced some at another store and the cheap one was around $85.00 and the expensive one was around $140.00. My check engine light immediately went off but my problem still is not fixed. See my car sputters and hesitates pretty bad above 3500 rpm and on takeoff...I replaced all 6 plugs and the 02 sensor and it doesnt do it as bad but it still does it...I think I may have 1 or more bad coils..If so that will be expensive...First price I got was $139 per coil, 2nd price I got was around $74 per coil...
