I have a Vibrating noise that's coming underneat the car by the emegency brakes. I heard it's the driveshaft or Guibo. Something like that. Have anyone seen this problem before?

I am getting the same thing I think. The vibration is really there at 80 or above. Hmm, one more thing to do, hehe.

The flex disc/guibo will only happen during initial acceleration.

Why? Becuase of physics - when the driveshaft is spinning fast enough, due to angular momentum (spinning). Think about a top - you spin it and it stays in place due to the outward momentum around the entire thing (Or a CD when it's being played.) Now if you take something like a CD and it is unbalanced, it won't work right - it'll rattle to death.

If you have vibrations at higher speeds, I would check something out the bushings.

what is the culprit. Is it a good idea to change the whole driveshaft or just the culprit as you said? Also, how much did you pay for that job?
do it yourself. $130 and you'll be able to tell people you did some real work on your car.

Mine turned out to be an out of balance front left wheel. One of those little weights fell off and it caused the vibration to be so hard. I could actually feel it in the wheel. Just a couple of hours ago I swaped the front and read wheels and no vibration in the wheel and the other thing I was worryed about has become considerably less and you can feel it coming from rear left of the car, problem solved, just need the wheel to be balanced. Try doing the same, maybe you have a similar problem.
