Any help on specs of oil filter wrench for 98 328i and where to purchase.

I think it is 13mm....i guess that is what u r askin

Unless I'm looking at the wrong unit (as I haven't received my manual yet). This is in front of the engine it is 93mm in diameter with 14 flats (or 15 points). It has a 30mm hex I assume for installing and torqueing only. the torque value stamped on the cover is 25nm. It appears too tight to loosen using the hex head because of the soft nature of it. The local auto parts store had a proper diameter size but it wasn't deep enough to grab the sides.
