fuel pump...

i've been having some problems with what i think is fuel delivery related. so i decided to check my fuel pump. according to the bentley manual there are 2 hoses on top, feed and return. on my pump there is only one hose. is this hose the return or feed?

I am not sure how similar ours would be but mine only has one hose coming out of the pump which is the feed. Theres a return somewhere else to the actual tank after the fuel filter i think. Weird setup, i'm not really sure what goes on with the fuel lines except that my pump had only one line coming out of it and it was the feed (I assume feed means flow out of the pump to the engine)

it's the feed... would it be different, the fuel pressure regulator couldn't work exactly

i feel your pain, i had to buy one a few weekd ago.

Is your pump getting a voltage while you turn the key to ignition?
