As soon as I get her back form the body shop, and she is all pretty, I will send you guys some better pics. The pics do not look that good cuz I had to make them smaller to get them to fit, cuz my camera is really nice and makes the files huge. I do recall the brand. They are In Pro. I they they look so sweet. I also have to post some pics w/ the lightly clear/red smoked taillights. I had them on the car, but took them off so that I could keep them fresh for when winter comes. Put i will peruse my computer and see I might have a really nice pic of her on here already. Well cheers mates. And by the way these are the very first pics I have ever had of my car on here, go figure they had to be bad ones where she is being towed [:(] [bigcry]

Ok I found some. These were taken about 1 week before everything happened. again they aren't the best of pics, but they will do for now, and there are some more closeups. Oh and the one w/ my car and the viper......I have an auto detailing business here in M.D. and he is just one of my customers. Only bad part about owning a detail business, is you don't have that much time to work on your own car. But I manage

three........and there is me detialing the wheels. I found you get 100% better results when cleaning the wheels first w/ mother mag wheel polish. That stuff will remove anything. Then when you are done washing the vehicle you then wash the whhels w/ soap and water, and gently rinse as well as the tire itself. God I have been doing this too long..............

They are the in pro smoked, not crstal clear. I told you they looked sweet. They mounted just fine. There are no gaps, and they look like a factory fitment. I really like them cuz when i have the parking lights on the corners are not constanly illuminated. See when you get them they come with their own bulb holders, and all you do is plug in two of your wires from the harrness, and allow the extra one, which is the constant illumintion wire dangling. I also have Umnitza's DDE kit. it looks so bad ass at dusk, a lot of people see me comng and think that I am a five series, untill I pass then realize I am a coupe.

Car looks GREAT! (I want your rims)
Do you recommend corner lenses in latest pics as the best choice?
How are you making out?
I'll check other post. Hope it's going well, hang in there-it'll be O.K.

Well first off I am pa pretty technical person, so the DDE kit wasn't hard for me, just a little time consuming. I kinda ghetto rigged mine. I have OEM 5series rings, and fiber optic cables. I bout the light boxes from Umnitza ( www.umnitza.com ). However I recomend that you just but the whole kit from Umnitza. They have really sweet deal there too. You can get ZKW elipsoid headlights for the e36 w/ the kit already installed ( which by the way is brighter that a stock 5series bimmer) for like $500 +change. Which is an awsome deal!! I would have done that in the first place if I had known, but I like to build stuff so it was fun for me. But the kit on umnitza is about $200 something, and it is really really easy to install. I am currently installing the new e46 headlight leveling system into my headlights. With this modification, I will be able to adjust the vertical height of my headlights from inside the car, just by turing a knob. This is going to be a lot of work, but I am positive that I can make it work. plus I have my stock headlights to use whil I am setting everythig up. I haven't started yet but I will when I get the car back.

yeah and that guy who drives that bimmer (me) has drivin that viper. You don't worry about how it burns out it just about all SIX gears. I was still spinning wheels at 80mph and I was hardly moving. It was crazy. But I would never ever give up my BM for that american a$$. I love my German beast.
