i took mine out almost 3,000miles ago. it will give you a louder sound. i also got bigger exhaust pipes since the original ones were bent by road debris. when i say bent, i mean bent.

did you remove the catalytic or just remove the ceramic inside ? thank you .. manuel

i removed everything from the exhaust manifold back.

if the converter is worn out will it make the exhaust a little louder? i know mine went out (found out when i had emissions done) and before i knew that was the issue i noticed the car got a little louder.....
