At a recent autocross I almost didn't pass tech inspection due to my battery not being secured. Some walmart tie downs saved the day and allowed me to run, but while tying down the battery I noticed that I could see the ground through a hole in my trunk! Turns out there is a rubber grommet type deal missing from the trunk. I also noticed that inside corner of the trunk and by the spare tire is getting quite rusty, so I think it's been gone for a while.
So, I have three questions. 1. Does anyone have any parts numbers for what the grommet/seal might be. 2. Does anyone have any parts numbers for what the battery latch/clamp might be? 3. Anyone have any pictures of their battery mounted in their car so that I can get an idea of what it's supposed to look like so I might be able to fab one up?
