That's a hard question to answer until you find out exactly WHERE it is leaking. Power steering is a pressurized hydraulic system. It could be a fitting, a ruptured line, or a seal on the pump or steering rack. For the most part, you identify the leakig part and replace it.

And if it is the rack you have to replace it, no other fix! Generally the leak is not where the dirty fluid is at. Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while looking under the car. (Caution - make sure the brake is set and the car is not in gear!)

it is leaking where abdoman described, where the hose meets the resevoir. at least thats what it looks like.
clue: this may help the resevoir is dirt and oil colored

It's the return hose to the reservoir. It's just a hose clamp holding the hose on to the bottom of the reservoir, and it leaks on EVERY BMW after a few years.
