Install CD Player in 2001 330ci

Purchased a 2001 330ci w/ Cassette and want to purchase/install a CD Player instead of the Cassette. Any installation procedures I can find? Or should I take it to the dealer to install. Just trying to save a few bucks. Also, anyone know where I can find a good used CD player (e46)?
