Hi everyone, I am in desperation here and hoping that the experise you guys/ladies poses might help me solve this problem.
My front driver side doors window switch (one for All windows) constantly stops working.
Example almost every day when I get in the car all 4 windows will function from the switch as normal ,but few min later my driver side window stops opening up/close from the switch, few min later all windows stop working from drivers switch, few min later( sometimes an hour) all windows start working again. This is only an example that happens at random times, and always seems to work when I have dealer look at it.
Another thing that is happening if I press the window switch on passenger side door or any other door(at the time when none of the windows work from driver side switch). Passenger side window will open just fine, and 1 out 3 times driver side switch starts working normal.
It feels like driver side door gets a short and once you click on a switch on the other door it resets it.
Another thing that seems to be happening when driver side door switch stops working to open all the windows, no of the controls work on driver door ( such as memory seat buttons, or my mirrors).
Everything I mentioned above happens in randowm order, and I believe no error codes are being show so the dealer is unable to figure this out.
Switches on all doors other than driver door always function, same goes for sunroof.
Dealer alredy replaced the driver door switch, but I somehow think it made things worse, but definantly not better.
Sorry for such a long post, but I tried to describe the problem in as much detail as I could. And now all my hope is on the knowledge that you guys have.
