Need For Speed: BMW Unleashed

They will probably not make one because if you look at the other NFS games, they only have a few BMW cars because BMWs are mostly sports sedans and not exotics like Porsche is. I would play that game for sure but I don't think a lot of other people will too, unless it has the awesome realism Porsche Unleashed had.
just get need for speed 3 or need for speed hot persuit 2 (aka need for speed 3.5, hehe)
you can mod, add, and delete cars...my neighbors and i would play against each other using our dialup modems... he would call my house and my computer would answer. It was very cool!! We both downloaded the mclaren F1, and would run into cops at top speed in the atlanta or atlantis map (whatever the one was called that had the concrete waterways next to the roads). Fun times!!
I had a logitech force feedback wheel (the old good ones, not one of the new crappy little ones) and that was so cool, and VERY realistic on snow!

i totally agree. the porsche game is my all time favorite car game for quite a bit now. actually, i think that a bmw is not less worthy than the porsches are. sure, porsche is rare, even more then bmw, but what does it matter. bmw offers all kinds of cars as equivalent. starting with the old 356ers you can replace them with 1600 and 1800 and throughout the range of years you can always find models that compare. and as far as racing cars are concerned, bmw has touring cars, GT cars and even a formula one car.

Yeah I was just looking through the BMW 3-Series Companion Manual (a book, it's like 50 bucks if you haven't gotton it and it's all about BMW's racing history) there are TONS of BMW race cars. Manuel mentioned Gran Turismo 4, however, if you remember, GT3 only had 1 BMW. A 328i no less. That pissed me off because it's obvious that Polyphony Digital was more concerned about having Cliosports than they were about having sweet M cars. Not that I don't like the 328 it's just dissapointing.

Generally speaking you're right epj3. However, Gran Tursimo is getting more into rally racing and even more cars than just Japanese imports. Need for Speed has historically been known for super cars and exotics but NFS: Underground is all about ricers. However, after viewing a video clip for NFS:U they were "drift racing" a real M3 and then the next clip they show you what it looks like in the game. So the M3 will be there but NFS:U is going to be all about the Japanese imports. But god I wish they made a BMW Unleashed, I would probably lose my job and drop out of school I'd be playing it too much haha.
