Need help with a headlamp removal for a 2003 BMW 330 CI

The owner's manual does not tell you? I do not have an E46, but judging from the pictures posted on realoem it looks like it is just the typical twist socket. Pelican has a how to for the E36.
I work at a car dealership and work on used cars.
Absolutly noone in this shop knows how to do it either and I fefuse to go buy a book out of my pocket just to change a headlight lol. We called BMW and they said they would not help if we wanted done we have to take it to them and pay for them to fix it. Of course the big bosses said NO. So if anyone with advice would be greatly appreciated. Just need to replace bulb but not sure if I have to remove the whole capsule itself or what. Dont want to go taking apart stuff I dont need to.
