Damn I love those headlights.....are they the Hella ones I want? Kinda hard to tell from the pic. Now, if you could just disable the side marker running lights....would look alot better. Sweet looking car though, being a family guy, I miss a 4 door, and always loved black. Some chrome rims would look sweet on that bad boy......don't look at my car pics too much....you might get the bling bug.[;)]

Nice car though, would love to hear some info on the headlights as that is my next plunge.[}:)]

carcus those are the xenon hella lights with autoleveling. the headlamps already come with the angel eyes installed so you don't have to mess around with gluing them on. i'm very pleased with the way they look and the light pattern is so much better. in fact i put those pics up because i remembered you wanted to see them installed on an e36. the only annoying part about the installation was the obc error message "low beam failure" but i've solved that problem. btw not all e36's get that message. i haven't posted these pics but i just replaced my foglight bulbs with the sylvannia silver stars and what a HUGE dissapointment. THEY SUCK!!! they still look yellowish to me and i paid $40!!!! anyone try the PIAA or some other brand?[?|]

Damn, sorry to hear that about the fog light bulbs, funny thing is that I have the SilverStars with my low beams, they are nice white and my fog lights, still stock bulbs are yellow. I imagine with your Xenon Hella, there is a big difference from the SilverStars.

Now debating on if to go with the Silverstars with the stock fog lights or getting these....

Yea, the light might be just OK, but might match your Hella real good. Looling into these for next foglight upgrade.....bulbs for them, undecided. I like your Hella lights though, just too rich for my blood with the Xenon. I do not drive at night much.

finally someone posts pics of the hellas on their car. i have to say though, i'm torn... i love the brightness of teh angel eyes, but they don't look as nice with the lights off. they look like something familiar though.... wait, i got it. they look kinda audiish!!! don't know, just my opinion. i am looking into buying new headlamps though because my inpros can't adjust anymore. they really did make them cheap!!!!

Well, still debating on these as a cheap Hella alternative but have no feedback on them ra328....hopefully someone will post something.

Price is $265 or so for the set.....if they work and do not leak.....pretty good deal, but the Hella are nice, the non Xenon are about 500 bucks, the shipping from Germany is 50 bucks alone. Personally I could care less about the side markers....just want some good angel eyes, plug and play. Anyone have any info on these?

stay away from procarparts unless you want to get screwed. they have the worst customer service. if you don't believe me just take a look at their rating on ebay!!!! carcus if your looking to get the inpro or hella headlamps i would go with bekkers. they will take of you if you have any problems.

hey carcus... if you are going to get ellipsoids, get the hellas. forget what i said earlier about how they look. nothing is ugly enough to make me buy inpros again!!! sure they look great, but when your beams start dancing every time you hit a bump, you'll be PISSED!!!!

Looks nice, I see you have an alpine with green lights. I have an alpine as well and didn't like the green, I found this info on a post somewhere else: Parts express sells the rubber colored covers to change it, they don't have orange but they do have red, I think it goes very well with the orange/red of the dash lights. Just pop off the face plate, undo the two screws on the back side, work the face plate halfs apart and pull the green covers of the lamps and replace them with the reds. If your interested here is the link: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/show...1&St3=-91213829&DS_ID=3&Product_ID=1327&DID=7 While I was at it I put a piece of stage lighting colored plastic called "gels" infront of the screen to color it orange. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/show...1&St3=-91213829&DS_ID=3&Product_ID=5347&DID=7

Alpine color change

It was hard to get a good picture in the dark that shows the stereo color, also note that the four control buttons in the top left are illuminated with orange covers that were donated from an OEM stereo that was broken. The red covers from parts express shine red, not orange as mine shows.

I don't see any way to load a photo on this server (weak). Here is a link to the picture posted on a great auto forum that does support pictures.
