Hey guys
Im getting a bad itch for a 330ci between 2000-2003.
Is there anything i should be looking for that are known to go bad on those cars?.
I have been driving a 1995 sl500 for the past year and love it (for sale tho).But i am getting tired of the convertible .So i was hoping someone would point me out to what can i look for in buying a 330ci.

The sunroof shade tends to break easily, and also the interior felt (?) trim around the doors comes unglued.

Also -- "I am getting tired of the convertible" -- life is rough! [:)]

I never had a thing for BMW convertibles unless it was a 6 serious. The SL.s have 12 cylinders that coast 5k to replace and those are for the soft top convertible , and myn leaked and i fixed them .But back to the 330ci i don't like the 330 convertible i think it looks much better as a coupe.But what are things that are famous to break and go bad?FOR example the SL.s every 10 years the cylinders will go bad . The fog lights and headlights break off out of no where.The emblem flys off when your driving and the electronic seats go bad also.
