I installed the Brembo Tourismo brake system about 2 weeks ago. I had to install a 20mm spacer between the wheel and brake rotor on the front to allow for minimal clearence of the caliper and wheel. On the rear, i also installed the Brembo's and with cutting the dust shield with a drummel, fashioning 2 spacer shims for attachment of the rear calipers, i opted for a 5 mm spacer between the wheel and the rotor.
I now have to figure what spring blocks to install to keep the front fenders from coming down on the 18" Kumho tires. And, i have occassional rumbing from the rear wheels going up into the wheel wells. I have started some minor fender rolling with a wood dowel. I believe i will use the wood dowel and a 2lb sledge hammer on the inner lip. With the right angle i hope to fold the lip back without damaging the outer skin.
