projector/angel eyes - fogs and high beams not working

i recently installed new projector head lights, they were pre wired with harnesses to plug into the existing plugs so the install was fast and easy. The low beams work fine, the angel eyes i installed work great too, but the fog lights no longer go on and the high beams don't work either. Has anyone heard of this before. Would it be a short somewhere or maybe the pre-wiring is messed up? Please help...

What brand of angel eyes are they and how did you wire them. Need some info and we might be able to hook you up. Have you checked the fuses first? I know, kinda sounds lame, but I have blown a fuse before changing out tail lights. Did you wire the angel eyes to the side markers or the fog lights? Just trying to get some info from you to help ya out. Let us know. Lights look good though.....we need to get you hooked up so everything works proper though so you have the high and fogs working. Hopefully, just a fuse or wiring prob.

i'm not sure what brand, the lens says djouto if thats it. the lights were pre-wired to plug into the existing plugs, thats what makes me think it may be a problem with the pre-wired harness. the fuses are fine could it be a relay, i removed them to install. and the angel eyes are wired to the side markers.

i got the high beams to work, ground problem. but still no luck with the fog lights. if i turn the switch on, and touch the fog light's fuse with a tester (which would give it a ground), then the lights go on, but go of when i take the tester off. so it must be a ground problem. they worked fine before i installed the projectors so i don't know where to look.
