My new car didn't have the tire jack or tools for tool kit. Anyone know a good place to get these cheap? I haven't found a bmw scrap yard around here and I don't really have the time to go looking that way.

Cheap? www.ebay.com - only problem is you'll have to wait for an auction to come around.

I think the greatest place to get anything BMW is www.bavauto.com Everything about them is great, except the prices which are a little high. But it is well worth it for the fast shipping time and great customer service.
Yep, some come on sale on Ebay, they start out cheap but end up high....still looking for a E36 jack under 30 bucks. They seem to go for about 40 just for a jack, than shipping.....[:(!]

Bummer my stock jack is bent. Works, but far from safe.[eek]

My jack succumed to slanted terrain also. Need a new one just for grins. My 2 ton floor jack works fine in my garage but i freely admit that the idea of using BMW's out on the road, scares me.

Wiil have to cary the 2 ton body lift jack soon. And send the bmw jack to the junk yard.

Cheers,
