right guys this is a hit or a miss!!!! I had an accident about 1 year ago and upon the ultimatem of the insurance company I took the car to their 'Authorised repairer', which is John Martin Group (UK). Unfortunately since the accident the garage has taken 7 attempts to try and fix my car and have failed misserably. The vehicle has been inspected by an independent assesor arranged by my insurance company, and after inspection the independent assesor has fully agreed with the defects or incomplete or poor workmanship of the garage. Does anyone know if there is a UK law concerning my issue? And if there is, what is it? My insurance company, Norwich Union has offered to have my vehicle repaired by another garage, but I don't want to take this offer cause frankly I'm sick and tired of the whole situation now and garages I have spoken to concerning this matter have assured me that it's a gray area that garages wish not to get involved in, hence producing unsatisfying results, 9/10 times. So, does anyone know what my rights are in this sort of situation? any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Let your insurance company take the car elsewhere. They are at least trying to help. I do not believe you would have an action against them at this time. And please do not spam the board ask the question in one forum please.
