rought idle..when the engine it cold..

i have a rought idle only the 10 first second when i start my car in the morning after that everything it perfect ... help !!

325 is 1992 .. thank !

HAHAHA, sorry buddy, your engine is toast. You should just junk it now and not put up with the crap anymore. Come on buddy, engines will idle ruff, especially when they're 11 years old. If you're really worried about it put some Mobil 1 0W-40. The intial zero weight will help a lot for cold starts, especially for those darn lifters that always go bad on 325s. Also, new motor mounts wouldn't hurt and they're fairly easy to install (so don't let a shop tell you it's difficult)

I have find the problem BigEarl325is

.. it the head cylinder that have a small leak inside .. i have put a liquid that seal head cylinder in the radiator .. and i working just fine now ,like a brand new car .. so i just have to replace the head and that it my friend ...

wow, well that's great to hear. I just went, "Ah screw it I'm puttin a whole new gasket on" and that seemed to work fine to me. glad all is well though

Might be some cheap gas. Throw some Injector Cleaner in it...than fill it up with some 91 gas, take it on a long 1 hr drive. Put the injector cleaner in on a almost empty tank, then fill up.....DRIVE. Hope this helps.

Try the cheap things first.

by cold u mean montreal cold and that's pretty cold so its not something to get TOO worried about..esp if it lasts for 10 seconds?
