Screwed on Ebay again, warning to BMW guys

Damn, second time I have gotten screwed with someone who gets your payment, than they screw you, never send the item. Hey, the item was just a little thing for my rims, just a few decals that said Nissan, The guy emailed me almost a month ago saying he got the Money order and these would ship out the next day. Too much time passed, no decals, I emailed him on the status 4 times, no response, than email him I will leave bad feedback, than he comes back and says he never got the payment and I am a beginner....sometimes Ebay sucks. Now I am out some bucks, could care less about the feedback he left me because it is a lie and I have the entire email conversation with him saying he got the payment.....what do I do now?

This stuff over cheap crap pisses me off, went through this once before with my BMW, guy gave me a refund and stopped payment on the check.....I lost my on base check cashing privlidges because he sent me a bad refund check.

Now, I am stuck, gave him bad feedback, he gave me bad feedback saying he never got the payment....you know where I am at.....well, here is the email where you can see he got paid.

I got kind of screwed a few times. Once this idiot was supposed to send me a left tail light, he said it was sent out, after a week I email him and he says, I told you, it was sent out. After a month, I email him again and he goes, oh sorry, I forgot about you. Then he got pissed because I left him neutral feedback.

Another person sent me a lesser model of a Head Unit, well, got the one I was supposed to get within a week.

i would have blasted that ****er a new asshole. neutral is an understatement. i too have gotten shafted on ebay and i gave my share of negative feedback and i give credit where its due. i try to buy things locally so if someone wants to act a fool i can pay them a visit to get my hard earned cash back plus the money i spent to drive up to his house to kick his friggin ass.

Thats a good idea, I never thought of that.

I was thinking about leaving negative feedback but I decided to go with neutral and leave it after he leaves mine (a pretty good positive one).

Its also a good idea to buy from people that have no negative feedback what so ever, just because if they try to screw you, you can throw the word negative in and make em do whatever you want. Thats what happened with the HU, the guy had over 1000 positive feedbacks and not 1 negative. Not only did he mail the new HU practically next day air, but also gave me more than enough money to mail him the old one.
