Sound coming when car turns at about 30mph

Guys i have no idea what that sound it. It kinda sounds like it's coming from under the rear back seat or from the rear wheels. This sound wasn't coming off when i had the regular 15" rims on the car. Now that i have 17" it comes out all the time. could this be that i need a strut bar on the back and front?

it sounds like a grinding sound. It also not just sound when car turns, it does it also when car asselarates in first gear. It sounds like something is going to fall off some day.

bigger wheels plus grinding sound when gear is frocing the car? sounds like rubbing tires to me. when you accel the car gets lowered in the back and the tires could get contact with the inner fender. same for cornering. the outer side of the car is forced down and the same thing can happen. did you get the wheels in there without having the fenders worked? did anyone check if they fit properly?

wheels came off a 5series that was totalled 2weeks after putting on the rims. Rims are still brand new. I get serious rubbing when i have 1 or more people in the back. Also, am running a 225/45/17 tire now. I also get rubbing on turns. am starting to think that i should go with a 205/40/17 tires. The wheels are 7.5. Does all the 4 wheels come in 7.5 or are two 7.0. usually all 4 are the same. if you want to keep the wheels and tires, get the fenders rolled. 204 for 17" is so thin...

what do you mean get the fenders rolled. Also, how do you do that and who does it.

it means to widen the space inside the fender, you know? where the wheel is placed and goes up and down. basically what the shop guy does, is to shape the metal in a way that the wheel has more space, i.e. has no cotact to the fender any more.
a body shop is usually the place to go therefor.

be careful, make sure they do not harm the paint. there are ways that allow it. if the forming process is too much to prevent the paint from cracking, the fender has to be repainted. check your local buddies, they should know a good body shop to do that. consult him and don't let him talk you into something.

good looking. I'll get on that ASAP. I think i need that for sure. Also, Wadula what do you know about Strut Bars? Do they help? If you have a bigger rims, do you need Bars on front or back? I'll tell you, i think i need something at least.

you wont notice the difference with strut bars...id rather invest on other suspension parts. oh looking at the site you have 7.5 wide wheels, DO NOT get 205/40 way too thin...

i agree with manuel, strut bars are not really that helpfull. looking good? maybe! helping? only when the suspension is dead low and hard already.

for the rest, the chassis and body as they are, are just stiff enough.
