I was at circuit city today and i saw a 3 series in there getting a new stereo and everything. I asked what he was putting in it and hes putting these expensive polk speakers in there at $200 a pair. What have you guys put in your cars, i need ideas as to what sounds good. I was going to go with infinity's not sure though.

polk is ok, infinity too, but just ok. i am planning on some crystal speaks once i get the big buck for 'em. but for tight budget, look at low end mb quart. if you decide infinity, stay away from the reference series...its hardcore bad. focal also makes some inexpensive speaks, and well worth the money. but if you think you can do the install, buy off the net, stay away from commission stores....they'll sell you ANYTHING.
