Starter Relay Position

On my 1995 318i, production date May 1995, where would I find the starter relay? This could be where my starting problem is. Anyway, it's a good place to begin, because there is no voltage going to the starter.

is it an auto? if so it does have a starter reley possible located with the inhibitor switch by the top of the lever under the gater i beleive my book gets a bit vauge at that bit if manual doesnt seem 2 have a relay
