Are you talking while jacked up? Are both tires off the ground? D you have LSD? Most likely the answer is no, the rear wheel should not spin due to resistance, LSD and or both. SHould the rear wheel turn by hand if both tires are off the ground yes if the car is not in gear (park), and the brake is not set.
