Teflon Coating and Scotchguarding?

Need advice on whether or not to get these from the dealer. Bought a Monaco Blue 325i in San Diego just a couple of days ago and have heard both ways on the Teflon coating. Looking for advice from somone on whether or not it is worth it.

If the suggestion is after market products, what works?

I wouldn't bother, its just a way for the Finance department to make extra money for the dealer.

You're better of applying your own treatment such as Zaino for the exterior.

What type of interior do you have?

Gray Leather w/ Walnut Trim -- got both the sport, premium package and heated seats, otherwise would have had to order it

With leather interior you don't really need any kind of Scotchguarding, it's really designed more for fabric.
