Hi friends:

I'm about to buy new tires. Now I´m using 245-40-17 at the four wheels. Which are better, Yokohama or Falken ?

Any comments will be appreciated.

Toyo Proxes would be my first choice, but given the two you have listed Yokohama as long as you get the proper speed rating. Go to the Tire Rack and they will list all the tires that will fot your car.

I think 245 40 is too large for the front. I would use a 225 45 17 in the front and 245 40 17 on the rear. How wide are the rims on the front?

You are right, the 245 in the front gave me some bad drive feeling because the car wants to go where it wants. So the idea is to install 225-45-17 in the front.

Is Pirelli as good as the people says?
