I had a full on-board computer on my 1996 328is (which was totaled a few weeks ago) and I replaced it with a 1997 328is, but this car only has the simple outside temperature and clock module in place of the full trip computer.
Is there any way to get that full computer into my car? Is the car pre-wired for the better computer and all I need to do is buy the computer, OR, is the car not wired for the trip/MPG/speed limit etc. stuff that's on the optional computer?
