Questions:
Does the fan speed vary at all between fan speed settings?
- May have clogged motor bearings.
Does the fan output vary between output (window/foot/dash) positions?
- If so there are a number of servo motors which change the airflow through the ducting, these could either be open circuited or sometimes they pop out of their mounting.
Does the fan output vary between recirculation and natural flow?
- If so the flaps on the side of the airbox may be stuck o you may have an obstruction preventing open/close.
Also check your microfilter is clean.

To remove the blower fan you do not have to take apart the dash. Access can be gained through the firewall cover behind your engine. Once you have removed the cover you wil find the airbox, unclip the top, slide out and there is the fan motor. This can be removed through the right hand side of the opening by rotating in the airbox. Its a VERY tight squeeze and be careful not to damage the plastic fans on either end. My fan did not work at all, I found that there is an inline thermal fuse inside the motor which I removed and soldered the ends together. To open the motor, using puller gently remove the fans, the end caps have to be prised open (careful not to snap) and there you have it.

Could it be your microfilter?

My buddies heater blew really weak, he had the 60k check up and the microfilter was replaced, now it blows like new,

the microfilter is behind the glovebox. when i changed mine, it was nasty brown. once the new one was in, not only did it smell abit nicer, it definitely blew stronger.

well you have a 95 which is alittle diffrent than my old 93...but you'll have to get the whole glovebox assembly out. if i remember correctly, there's screws in the two ac vents next to the gb door, then there's acouple underneath, and acouple in the front-you can see them with the gb open. once that's out, push the main harness out of the way and you'll see the side of the filter(which is behind the hvac controls)-you might have to look at the new one because you won't see much of the old filter in there.the filter is sectioned in three pieces, slowly pull it out and maybe have a vacuum cleaner handy at this point. slip the new one in and you're good to go. of course, typing it here is alittle easier than getting the actual filter out [:D] if you have a repair manual, that will help further with pics.

cool, thanks. it worked. i think a gallon of dirt came out with the filter. unfortunetly, the plastic cover, the part with the key lock for the glove box, with the passenger vents, is broken. the fins that control the direction of the air are all cracked up and fell out. so i ordered a new one. while i was at the dealership, ordered a new key, and the vent cover right above the radio. the fins on it were all messed up on it too. i spent $175 i didnt have. oh well. i needed it.
