Hello,
At our local Auto parts store, recently, I 've seen Actron CP9135 (OBD II) scanner for $100. Before I go and buy it, I looked on the manufacturer's site. From what I read, as long as the car has 16-pin OBD II connector, then it should work with the car.
For my '97 328i, the only connector I've seen/used is the one on the right hand side engine compartment (round connector).
My question(s):
Is there a OBD II connector in the passenger compartment (near the drivers'
or passenger's side) that is compatable with Actron scanner?
Does any of you use Actron scanner to read the codes/reset the CIL ?
Your input is highly appreciated.
